IO uses a virtual business model where we have access to an extensive pool of professional talent, on an as-needs basis. That is, we have access to a large pool of specialist technical, engineering, marketing and management experts who we can call upon to form specialist project teams. Therefore, IO can be as large or as small as the project requires

The IO Virtual Team is made up of many individual specialists from different areas of the food industry. We have recognised experts from fields as diverse as Cheese Making to Petfood, from Confectionery to Sausages, and from Packaging Design to Plant Optimisation!  Most of the IO team members have spent their entire careers specialising in different facets of the food production industry covering all aspects from “farm to plate”. Fields as diverse as sourcing of specialist raw materials to product and process engineering, through to specialist packaging design and complete plant builds to start-up. Many members of the IO Virtual Team have in excess of 20 years’ experience in their particular specialist field
